SHIPPING POLICY
At DAILE, every order is carefully prepared, quality-checked, and shipped from Latvia.
We use FedEx International Priority to ensure fast, reliable worldwide delivery.
ORDER PROCESSING (HANDLING TIME)
Production & preparation time:
• 1–2 business days from the moment the order is received and confirmed
• Includes artwork preparation, printing, quality control, careful packaging, and NFC programming (if applicable)
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
Daily cut-off time:
• 16:00 (EET, Riga time)
Orders placed after 15:00 are processed on the next business day.
SHIPPING METHOD
All orders are shipped using:
FedEx International Priority
This service provides priority handling and express international delivery.
TRANSIT TIME (DELIVERY)
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
European Union (EU)
• 1–3 business days
United States (USA)
• 2–4 business days
Other International Destinations
• 3–6 business days, depending on destination and local customs procedures
Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons.
ESTIMATED TOTAL DELIVERY TIME
(Production + Shipping)
• EU: 3–5 business days
• USA: 3–4 business days
• Other countries: 5–7 business days
Most DAILE orders arrive sooner.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a FedEx tracking number by email, allowing you to follow your delivery in real time.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
All customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are fully covered by DAILE.
• You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery
• No hidden costs or surprise payments
• The price you pay at checkout is the final price
IMPORTANT NOTES
• Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed
• Delays may occur due to carrier operations, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods
• Once the parcel is handed over to FedEx, delivery timelines are subject to carrier performance

Due to the ongoing geopolitical situation and suspension of international air routes by major courier services (including FedEx and DHL), shipments to the following destinations are temporarily paused:

We remain fully committed to fulfilling all orders and are closely monitoring carrier updates.
Orders to Affected Regions
Made-to-Order Production
All DAILE pieces are crafted individually upon order confirmation.
Production begins immediately after payment is successfully received.
Because each set is produced specifically for you, materials and production costs are incurred without delay.
Temporary Shipment Hold
If your destination country is currently affected, your completed order will be securely stored in our warehouse at no additional charge until international courier services resume.
Shipping timelines may be extended and remain subject to external circumstances beyond our control.
Once services are restored, your order will be dispatched promptly and tracking details will be provided.
Force Majeure
Shipping suspension caused by war, international conflict, sanctions, airspace restrictions, or carrier service interruption constitutes a force majeure event.
Such circumstances are outside DAILE’s reasonable control and may affect delivery timelines.
Refunds & Cancellations
During the period of carrier suspension, orders remain valid and in production.
If you choose to cancel while shipment is on hold, a 35% production and processing fee will apply.
This reflects already incurred production, materials, and transaction costs.
Alternatively, you may request shipment to an operational country if available.
Acknowledgment
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge the possibility of extended delivery timelines due to circumstances beyond our control and accept these conditions.
