Which set should I choose?
Mini sets (300 or 500 pieces) are a lighter gesture in a compact gift box with a velvet pouch. Classic (1000 pieces, 45 × 65 cm) adds the glue & display kit and a bamboo capsule, so the finished puzzle can go on the wall. Signature adds a hand-poured candle — the whole evening in a box.
How long does it take to build?
Roughly 5 hours for 300 pieces, 7 hours for 500 and 13 hours for 1000 — spread over as many evenings as they like.
Can you ship directly to the recipient?
Yes — add their address at checkout and we’ll ship gift-ready.
Can I use my own photo?
Yes — upload it on the personalized puzzle page. We check every image before production and turn it into a puzzle gift set.
How does the NFC chip work?
Tap the NFC chip with your phone to open the digital content that comes with your set. Art puzzles open the painting’s Digital Art Story; Make it personal puzzles open a link you choose — a video, music or a photo gallery.
What’s your returns policy?
30-day returns on art puzzles: request a return within 30 days of delivery. We arrange it with FedEx and e-mail you a return label; its cost is deducted from your refund, which we issue as soon as the parcel is handed to FedEx. No exchanges — return the item and place a new order. Personalised (Make it personal) puzzles are made to order and can’t be returned unless faulty or damaged — then we replace them or refund the item price.
