Each DAILE puzzle arrives in elegant packaging, ready to be gifted. The tactile unboxing, the artist’s story, and the collectible elements make it more than a product - it’s a meaningful experience.

Yes — add their address at checkout and we’ll ship gift-ready.

Yes. Use a suitable puzzle glue kit to preserve the assembled puzzle before framing. The glue kit is included in Classic and Signature; it is an optional addition to Mini. Check the finished dimensions of your chosen puzzle when selecting a frame.

Tap the NFC chip with your phone to open the digital content that comes with your set. Art puzzles open the painting’s Digital Art Story; Make it personal puzzles open a link you choose — a video, music or a photo gallery.

We prepare orders in our Riga studio within 1–2 business days. Delivery is free to Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia at any order value. For all other destinations we serve, delivery is free on orders of €100 or more. Below this threshold, shipping options and rates are shown at checkout. Transit time depends on the destination and the selected service. You will receive tracking information after dispatch.

EU product prices include VAT. Taxes and import duties for other destinations depend on the delivery country. Review your order details at checkout.

30-day returns on art puzzles. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order — e-mail us at info@daile.art. We arrange the return with FedEx and e-mail you a return label; the label cost is deducted from your refund. We refund as soon as the parcel is handed to FedEx.

No exchanges. For a different artwork or set, return the item and place a new order.

Personalised (Make it personal) items are made to order and can’t be returned unless faulty or damaged. If anything arrives faulty or damaged, including in transit, contact us for a free replacement or a full refund of the item price; DAILE covers the return costs in that case.

Original delivery charges are refunded where required by law. After the applicable statutory withdrawal period has ended, our voluntary 30-day policy refunds the returned item’s price only. Your statutory rights are unaffected. See Delivery & returns and our Refund policy for full details.
