Every DAILE order is prepared, quality-checked and dispatched from Riga, Latvia. The estimates below help you plan a meaningful gift; they are not guaranteed delivery dates.
1. Production and handling
Most orders are prepared within 1–2 business days after payment and all required personalisation details are received. Personalised orders may include artwork preparation, printing, quality control, packing and NFC programming where applicable.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Latvian public holidays. Orders confirmed before approximately 15:00 Riga time normally enter processing the same business day; later orders normally start the next business day.
2. Shipping service
We primarily use FedEx International Priority and may use another trusted tracked carrier where it provides a better route. Available services and any shipping charge are shown at checkout. Promotional free shipping may apply.
3. Estimated transit after dispatch
- European Union: 1–3 business days
- United States: 2–4 business days
- Other international destinations: 3–6 business days
Including production, a typical total estimate is 3–5 business days within the EU, 4–6 business days to the United States and 5–8 business days to many other destinations. Remote areas, customs checks, severe weather, peak seasons and carrier interruptions may add time.
4. Tracking your order
When the parcel is collected, we send a dispatch email with a tracking number and secure carrier link. You can also use the Track Your Order page in the DAILE footer. Tracking may take up to 24 hours after dispatch to show its first scan.
5. Customs and import charges
For orders placed on daile.art, DAILE covers applicable import duties, customs charges and clearance fees under the shipping arrangement used for the order. The amount shown at checkout is intended to be final, with no additional duty collected on delivery. If a carrier requests an unexpected customs payment, contact info@daile.art before paying it.
6. Delivery address and changes
Check the recipient name, street, postcode, phone and email before payment. Contact us immediately if an address needs changing. Once production or shipment starts, changes may be impossible or create an additional carrier charge.
If a parcel is returned because the address was incomplete, incorrect or delivery was repeatedly refused, we may charge the actual reshipping cost unless the issue was caused by DAILE or the carrier.
7. Delays and unavailable routes
International routes can change because of carrier capacity, aviation restrictions, sanctions, conflict, customs or events outside our reasonable control. If checkout accepts your destination but a route becomes unavailable, we will contact you with options. We will not silently substitute an untracked service.
8. Lost or damaged parcels
Contact info@daile.art promptly with your order number if tracking has not moved for an unusual period, the parcel is damaged, or it is marked delivered but cannot be found. We will open a carrier investigation and provide the remedy required by law. Keep packaging and take photos if damage is visible.
9. Split shipments
Products with different preparation times may ship separately. You will receive tracking for each parcel and will not be charged an unapproved additional shipping fee.
