Refund policy

30-day returns on art puzzles

You can return an art puzzle from our collection (any gift set that is not personalised) within 30 days of delivery, for any reason. Please return it complete, unused beyond what is needed to inspect it, and in its original packaging where possible.

How to return an item

1. E-mail info@daile.art with your order number and the item you want to return.
2. We arrange the return with FedEx, the courier that delivered your order, and e-mail you a FedEx return label with instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and hand the parcel to FedEx.

Please do not send a parcel without contacting us first.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is at your cost: the cost of the FedEx return label is deducted from your refund. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, DAILE covers the return costs.

Refunds

We refund the price of the returned item, less the cost of the FedEx return label, to your original payment method as soon as the parcel has been handed to FedEx. Your bank or payment provider may need a few days to show the refund.

Original delivery charges are refunded where required by law. After the applicable statutory withdrawal period has ended, our voluntary 30-day policy refunds the returned item’s price only.

No exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. To get a different artwork or gift set, return the item and place a new order.

Personalised items (Make it personal)

Puzzles made from your own photo and other personalised items are made to order for you, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind. If a personalised item arrives faulty or damaged, we send a free replacement or refund the item price; DAILE covers the return costs.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. We will send a free replacement or refund the item price in full; DAILE covers the return costs.

EU right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may also withdraw from the purchase of a non-personalised item within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason. Our 30-day returns include this period and do not limit it.

Gift cards

Gift cards cannot be returned, except where required by law.
