5. CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Personalized products (e.g., custom images, names, or designs):

Are produced based on customer-provided content
Cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, except where required by law or if defective
The customer confirms they have all necessary rights to submitted content

DAILE is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only
International shipments may be subject to customs delays
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier, except where prohibited by law

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

7.1 Non-Personalized Products (EU Consumers)

Under EU consumer law, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, except for personalized or made-to-order items.

7.2 Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Personalized or custom-made products
Items made specifically for you
Products damaged due to misuse
