Each DAILE puzzle arrives in elegant packaging, ready to be gifted. The tactile unboxing, the artist’s story, and the collectible elements make it more than a product - it’s a meaningful experience.

We prepare orders in our Riga studio within 1–2 business days. Delivery is free to Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia at any order value. For all other destinations we serve, delivery is free on orders of €100 or more. Below this threshold, shipping options and rates are shown at checkout. Transit time depends on the destination and the selected service. You will receive tracking information after dispatch.

EU product prices include VAT. Taxes and import duties for other destinations depend on the delivery country. Review your order details at checkout.

You can request a return for non-personalized art puzzles within 30 days of receiving your order. We do not offer exchanges for a change of mind. You arrange and pay ordinary return shipping. Opening the packaging does not automatically prevent a return.

Personalized items cannot be returned for a change of mind. If your order arrives faulty or significantly damaged, including in transit, please contact us for a free replacement or a full refund of the item price. Necessary return costs for resolving faults, transit damage or incorrect goods are covered by DAILE.

Original delivery charges are refunded where required by law. After the applicable statutory withdrawal period has ended, our voluntary 30-day policy refunds the returned item's price only. Your statutory rights are unaffected. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Yes. Use a suitable puzzle glue kit to preserve the assembled puzzle before framing. The glue kit is included in Classic and Signature; it is an optional addition to Mini. Check the finished dimensions of your chosen puzzle when selecting a frame.

We collaborate with carefully selected contemporary illustrators and painters across the world. Their work is licensed directly, so when you collect a DAILE puzzle, you’re supporting living creators and creative independence.

We believe in slow beauty and responsible choices.Our packaging is FSC-certified, our components are recyclable or reusable, and we print in small, thoughtful batches. Art shouldn't come at the planet’s expense.
